About the Group

Four decades of
industrial growth.

Established in 1985 by Mr. Anil Kumar Agrawal and Mr. Sunil Kumar Agrawal, Maa Kudargarhi Group has grown from its roots in construction into a diversified industrial group with operations across Iron & Steel, Alumina & Minerals, Graphite, Food & Agro Processing, Furniture, Stone Mining & Crushing, Solar and Creative Ventures.

Over the years, the Group has built manufacturing capabilities across TMT bars, billets, sponge iron, calcined bauxite, graphite processing, flour and rice milling, among others, supported by its own mining and power resources.

Today, with a turnover exceeding ₹4,000 crore and a workforce of more than 3,500 people, Maa Kudargarhi Group continues to grow by building strong businesses, investing in manufacturing capabilities and developing long-term relationships across the industries it serves.

TMT Plant, Raipur Semi-automatic TMT plant commissioned with 1000 TPM capacity.

Parboiling Plant Fully automatic parboiling operations added to the portfolio.

Fully Automatic Floor Mill Modernized milling with fully automated processing systems.

Rolling Mill Expansion Automatic 10,000 TPM rolling mill expansion at Raipur.

Rice Mill & Raw Rice Plant Food processing footprint expanded with dedicated raw rice operations.

Rolling Mill Unit II Second rolling mill unit raised capacity to 20,000 TPM.

Rice Mill, Ramanujganj New rice mill and pulses refining unit commissioned.

Bauxite Mines Acquired Two strategic bauxite mines secured in Chhattisgarh.
