Established in 2005, BM Foods operates two rice-processing units — Unit I in Ambikapur with a capacity of 18 TPH and Unit II in Ramanujganj with a capacity of 10 TPH. The company specialises in parboiled rice and also manufactures puffed rice (murmura). Its supply network extends across Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Bihar and Jharkhand, as well as Nepal. BM Foods also supplies rice to the Public Distribution System (PDS).

Based in Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh, Mahamaya Foods & Grains Pvt. Ltd. operates a 200 TPD food-processing facility manufacturing wheat flour (atta), refined flour (maida), semolina (suji) and gram flour (besan). The company's products are marketed under the Chetak brand. It has also built supply relationships with established organisations including ITC, Patanjali, Britannia and NAFED. Located in Surguja, widely known as the 'Wheat Bowl of Chhattisgarh', the facility benefits from access to locally available raw materials and connectivity to neighbouring markets.

Based in Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh, Ambikah Parboiled Products Pvt. Ltd. operates a diverse range of food-processing facilities, including a Chana Roaster, Murmura Plant, Sortex Rice Plant and Fortified Rice Kernel (FRK) Plant. Its products are supplied across Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and West Bengal. FRK produced at the Ambikapur facility is supplied to rice millers across Chhattisgarh and Odisha for use in fortified-rice programmes. The company also has tie-ups with suppliers connected to international export markets.

Established as a partnership firm in April 2017, Goyal Rice Product operates a rice-milling facility at Sanawal, Balrampur, Chhattisgarh. The facility processes paddy into raw rice, bran, broken rice and husk, with a processing capacity of 12 TPH. Its supply network covers Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Bihar, Jharkhand and Nepal. The company also supplies rice to the Public Distribution System (PDS).

B M Foods & Grains Pvt. Ltd. operates a 38,400 MTPA rice-milling facility with an advanced Sortex Plant at Village Anjaniya, Tehsil Bichhiya, District Mandla, Madhya Pradesh. The facility commenced commercial operations in December 2023 and has undertaken custom milling since inception. The company also operates a second 9,600 MTPA rice-milling unit at Village Pongro, Tehsil Kansabel, District Jashpur, Chhattisgarh, on lease from M/s Ambe Agro Industries. A new rice-milling unit is being developed in Jashpur, which is expected to increase the company's overall processing capacity by approximately 1.5 times.
