Maa Kudargarhi Group's iron and steel vertical spans TMT bars, wire rods, steel billets, sponge iron, and integrated plant operations. With CRISIL-rated manufacturing units, backward integration, and over 1,000 dealer partnerships, this division anchors the group's industrial strength across Chhattisgarh and key national markets.
The Alumina & Minerals division is led by MKMRPL, a CRISIL BBB+ rated producer of calcined bauxite, aluminium trihydrate, and refractory bricks in Sarguja, Chhattisgarh. High-grade bauxite from associate mines feeds specialised mineral products for aluminium, cement, and refractory industries nationwide.
Dhanpriya Resources leads the group's graphite initiative with four mining blocks across Central India and a pilot beneficiation facility. The integrated operation covers mining, exploration, processing, and in-house R&D to build a reliable domestic supply of natural graphite for industrial and clean-energy applications.
Maa Kudargarhi Steels Pvt. Ltd. owns and operates the Group's portfolio of bauxite and aluminous laterite mines across Central India. With a strong resource base and producing mines, the company supplies bauxite to the Group's downstream operations as well as other industrial consumers, forming the upstream foundation of the Group's integrated bauxite and alumina business.
From rice milling and parboiled products to wheat flour, murmura, and fortified rice kernels, the agro division operates processing units across Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh. Companies supply leading food brands, PDS networks, and regional markets across central India.
Rajaram Food Products India Ltd, founded in 1998, specialises in fruit and vegetable processing with facilities in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. The division produces pulps, purees, concentrates, and IQF products at 40 MT per hour for global markets.
Maa Kudargarhi Stone Crusher operates a 250 MTPH Metso crushing unit at Rewatipur, Ramanujganj, backed by captive stone mines at Oranga. This integrated mine-to-crusher model delivers construction aggregates for infrastructure projects with further capacity expansion planned.
The Solar Division operates through Helio Renewable Power for captive group energy needs and Re-Energen for residential, commercial, and industrial solar solutions — from site assessment and installation to subsidy support and after-sales service.
