Maa Kudargarhi Steels Pvt. Ltd. is a CRISIL BBB+ rated manufacturer of TMT bars and wire rods. Established in 2004 with an initial rolling mill capacity of 10,000 MT per annum, the company has expanded steadily to an installed capacity of 4,19,800 MT per annum. The company manufactures under its flagship brand Buniyaad and, since its association with M/s Kamdhenu Ispat Ltd. in 2012, under the Kamdhenu brand. With a network of more than 1,000 dealers and distributors across key markets, the company was ranked 7th nationally in the rebar segment among secondary steel plants and was also recognised by CNBC for excellence in the SME rebar sector.

Maa Kudargarhi Power & Ispat Pvt. Ltd. is a CRISIL BBB+ rated manufacturer of steel billets, located at Village Sarora, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The facility operates six induction furnaces of 20 TPH each, with a total installed capacity of 3,60,000 TPA. The company commenced operations in mid FY 2023–24 and achieved a turnover of ₹650 crore in its first year. The facility serves as a backward-integration unit for Maa Kudargarhi Steels Pvt. Ltd., with more than 80% of its output supplied to the Group's rolling mill. This integration provides greater control over raw material availability and consistency across the steel business.

Shri Baba Baidnath Ispat Pvt. Ltd. is an integrated steel facility located at Tilda, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The unit comprises a 450 TPD Sponge Iron Plant, a 13.5 MW captive Power Plant and a 7 MVA Ferro Alloy Plant. With infrastructure completed and the required land and environmental approvals in place, the facility forms an important part of the Group's backward-integration strategy. It supports Maa Kudargarhi Power & Ispat Pvt. Ltd. by strengthening raw material availability and integration across the steel value chain.
