The company is intended to manage projects from concept through commissioning, with the objective of meeting the captive electricity requirements of Group companies through renewable energy. Solar PV panel manufacturing is also proposed under the company as part of its longer-term plans. Captive solar capacity is being planned alongside major Group expansions, supporting greater energy self-reliance and increasing the share of renewable power across operations.

Re-Energen is a solar energy solutions company focused on making solar power reliable, accessible and easy to adopt for homes and businesses. Backed by the business experience of Maa Kudargarhi Group, the company provides end-to-end solar solutions covering site assessment, system design, documentation, installation and after-sales support. Its solutions include residential rooftop solar, commercial rooftop and ground-mounted systems, and battery storage. Re-Energen also assists residential customers with documentation and subsidy processes under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana. With a focus on quality installation, transparent execution and long-term system performance, Re-Energen extends the Group's presence in renewable energy beyond captive generation into customer-facing solar solutions.
