Manager

Manage direct and indirect tax compliance for assigned entities, including Income Tax, GST and TDS/TCS filings. Handle Tax Audit and GST Audit preparation, assessments, notices and related submissions. Coordinate with Statutory and Internal Auditors on tax-related matters. Provide tax advisory for operational and business transactions, ensure timely tax payments and reconciliations, conduct regular tax health checks, identify potential risks, and guide team members to ensure accurate and timely compliance.
