CA / Chartered Accountant preferred; MBA / Finance or equivalent
Lead Group-level financial strategy across steel, mining, alumina and other businesses, covering fundraising, treasury, working capital, project finance and budgeting. Drive financial governance, MIS, financial controls and capital allocation across multiple entities. Manage banking relationships, liquidity and debt strategy while supporting major CAPEX and strategic investments. Oversee finance, treasury, tax and commercial finance teams, ensure timely reporting and compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to the MD and Board.
