General Manager – Land Purchase

Lead end-to-end land purchase and acquisition activities for mining, industrial, infrastructure and renewable energy projects. Identify and evaluate suitable land parcels and negotiate with landowners, brokers and stakeholders. Conduct land due diligence including title verification, ownership validation and encumbrance checks. Coordinate with Legal, Revenue, Survey and Project teams for documentation and approvals. Liaise with government authorities for land-related permissions and manage registration, mutation and conversion processes. Resolve land disputes, maintain accurate records and lead the land acquisition team.
