Assistant Manager – Ferro Alloys (SAF)

Handle day-to-day Submerged Arc Furnace (SAF) operations and monitor furnace parameters, charging, tapping, slag handling and electrode operation. Ensure production, quality, recovery and power-consumption targets are achieved. Manage shift manpower and coordinate with Maintenance, Quality and Safety teams. Monitor raw material charge mix and furnace performance, troubleshoot operational issues, minimize downtime and maintain production/MIS reports.
